Semi Automatic Control

The control system of the batching plant consists of 4 diferent methods of control namely,

• fully manual
• manual with automatic materials cut-off *
• semi automatic
• fully automatic

S.E.T. has developed a version of system control that provides some form of an automated control of the batching without adding much to the cost on a fully manual system but far cheaper than a fully automated system. We call it Manual with Automatic Materials Cut-off which is far more friendly, reliable and flexible than a typical manually controlled plant.

S.E.T. has also developed a more advance hybrid system that combines the standard control system with a computerised system mainly for downloading of batching formulae and data printing.

ALKON

For fully automated system, we utilise the U.S.'s ALKON system that offers the most advance computerised batching system capable of handling the most comprehensive list of batching operations and complete data production.
