S.E.T.® TRUCKMATE PIT WEIGHBRIDGE
Convenient for situation where space is a constraint. Each weighbridge platform consists of five main I-Beams and transverse I-Beams bolted together to form a rigid structure. Mild-steel chequered plated are then boilted on top to complete the structure.

Low Profile Electronic Weighbridge versatile and easy to install. Each weighbridge platform is constructed of mild steel comprising of two main I-Beams and tranverse with I-Beams fully welded to form a rigid structure. Mild-steel chequered plates are welded on it to complete the structure.

WEIGHBRIDGE LAYOUT
Installation and Access S.E.T.® TRUCKMATE for Pit Version
Pit mounted foundations comprise ground level flat solid concrete approach at roadway level. Service access for load cells maintenance and horizontal restraint adjustment is trhough the center man-hole after cover plate removal.
The weighbridge can be installed with its platform at above surface level in a recommended pit depth and this type of installation must be advised as foundation drawing modification are involved.
Installation and Access S.E.T.® TRUCKMASTER for Pitless Version
Surface mounted foundations comprise flat solid raft with concrete approach ramps. Service access for load cells maintenance and horizontal restraint adjustment is through the platform surface and side after cover plate removal.
The weighbridge can be installed with its platform level in a recommended pit depth and this type of installation must be advised as foundation drawing modification are involved.
Indicating System
Mettler-Toledo range of electronic weighing indicator system can be fitted, depending on application. Refer to indicator system data sheels for full details. Indicator system interface to computer system for process informations and ticket print-out.
Load Cells
A hermetically sealed load bearing unit operating in compression to produce a standard electrical output which is proportional to the applied load. Refer to data sheet for further details.
Freee Motion Assembly
Strut type load units are used in conjunction with the load cells. Strut units with self-centering features for durabilities and precise weights read out.

Weighbridge Platform
High-strength reinforced mild steel with slip-resistant chequered plates. Strength is based on uniformly distributed loads and will accommodate with safety all vehicles which conform to the Motor Vehicles (construction and use) Regulations 1982. Vehicles not covered by the regulations with regard to axle load must not be carried without confirmation of weighbridge suitability.
Bumper Stops
Excess longitudinal and transverse impact movements are limited by the 4 x front and 4/6 x side bumper stops to 1/8 inch.
Finish
One coat of red oxide and one coat black gloss finish paint.
Junction Box
The enclosure body is constructed form a continuous length of sheet steel with integral frame double folded in front and a welded on back plate. Inside and out protected by light grey textured polyester-epoxy powder paint RAL-7032 and weatherproof (IP-54).
Environment
Resistant to dirt and moisture consistent with conditions pertaining to well drained outdoor installation. Operation temperature range - 10°C to 50°C depending on Weight & Measures Regulations applicable.
